Steve Smith for all-round ability. Jo Jo Mayer for techno and drum 'n'bass.

Which instrument would you love to be able to play? And why?
The keyboard because it's an instrument that has harmony and the tune which the guitar does not.

Who are your favourite musicians and groups?
I like most music that tends to be pop or black / soul / gospel. I love slow ballads.

What is your personal aim in music making? What do you hope to achieve?
To play pop / funk / soul / drum'n'bass / jazz and make some tidy money doing it.

I have recently bought a Tama Starclassic Bubinga Exotic kit. Shell sizes - Hanging Toms: 8"x8", 10"x9", 12"x10". Floor Toms: 14"x14", 16"x16". Bass Drum: 22"x18" and 20"x16" depending on what music I'm playing. I also have a Gretsch kit with 18" Bass, 12"x8" Tom, 14"x14" Floor Tom and 14"x5" Snare for jazz and small gigs. Plus I also practise on a Yamaha D.T. Express 3 electronic kit at home.
